Intuitive Energy readings can often give us insight to how our energy is distributed throughout our system, we can often identify areas which may need attention, healing be it in the mind, body & spirit. Feeling stuck? Need some direction? Are you repeating old familiar patterns which are no longer serving your highest good? Feeling the need to explore a deeper part within yourself, can often be the light bulb moment we need, to heal & release old patterns of behaviour, which may have been subconsciously holding us back. Our energetic bodies are part of a fully integrated system which relies on proper function from one another. I believe any imbalance can create chaos in our world, causing stress and burn out. If the imbalance is neglected it can become destructive and cause a dysfunctional flow or blockage within the energy system and can manifest into physical ailments. At this point we often seek help from our GP, nutritionist or counsellor and we can also seek guidance from an energy practitioner to assist in realigning the health and wellness of our energetic bodies, using a specific energy healing modality to suit your needs. This modality can be received in person or received remotely via zoom. Single sessions available & discount for block of 3 sessions
